IN THIS BOX 

In this box
I place my secret thoughts
the ones that hide
behind the curtains of life.

I place my wishes
my desires that are real
so that they rest in
a space that is only for them.

In this box
I let my unsettledness pose
here I can finally
sense peace.

I let my desires stay there
I am not denying them
I am not abandoning them
I give them space.

The friendly universe
knows my desires
perhaps will decide
to open the box
and make them appear.
