THE KEY LESSON

I am learning the key lesson
we are what we feel
distant from my unlimited inner dialogue,
I can understand
why freedom is the greatest feeling
why when I think of you
I could explode.

VISIONS

Visions of me and you
outside an empty space
filled with the density
of who we are to each other.

We can pray now
we are ecstasy.

FACING THE UNKNOWN

It’s you I know by now
a truth I wanted to deny
as water left leaking
under a roof that sees the stars.

It’s you I know
the door has been unlocked
I saw the inner garden.

It’s a building to reconstruct
from the stones
hopes for a better future
we are not going to leave.

We will face the unknown
we will decide to lead
a life where there is only us
together.
